Returns Information

If you have decided you no longer want your item, we offer a FREE 28 day returns policy from addresses within the UK. 

You may return eligible items within 28 days of receiving your order for a refund or store credit.

To be eligible for a free return: Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

To request a return, please complete the form below and we will email you with a shipping label which can be attached to your parcel.

International Returns

Unfortunately we are unable to offer free returns to addresses outside of the UK. Please complete the form below and we will send you return instructions or you can email our customer service team at hello@canaryloom.com.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

We're sorry if you have received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos where possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.
