Shipping policy

We use Evri shipping for domestic (UK) shipments to ship to your home address. For international shipments we will send your parcel via Royal Mail. Our order processing times are two working days before shipment. Our shipping costs includes international customs duties.

Shipping Costs (GBP) - Please allow two working days onto these delivery times for order processing & packing.

 

Returns Policy:

If you have decided you no longer want your item, we offer a FREE 28 day returns policy from addresses within the UK. You may return eligible items within 28 days of receiving your order for a refund or store credit.

To be eligible for a free return: Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

• All original tags and packaging must be intact
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

To request a return, please complete our form on our returns page below we will email you with a shipping label which can be attached to your parcel.

International Returns

Unfortunately we are unable to offer free returns to addresses outside of the UK. Please complete the form on our returns page and we will send you return instructions or you can email our customer service team at hello@canaryloom.com.
