We use Evri shipping for domestic (UK) shipments to ship to your home address. For international shipments we will send your parcel via Royal Mail. Our order processing times are two working days before shipment. Our shipping costs includes international customs duties.

Customs Fees & Import duties for international orders

Orders shipped outside the UK are dispatched on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that local import duties, VAT, clearance taxes, and courier handling fees are not included in your item or shipping total at checkout.

These charges are determined by your destination country’s customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer upon arrival. If you choose to decline delivery or refuse customs fees, your parcel will be returned to us. Once received in its original condition, a refund will be issued for the product(s) minus any original and return shipping costs incurred.
